Ozanam Enterprises, a service of St Vincent de Paul Aged Care and community services, has had a work base here in Mornington for over 30 years.
Recently a party commemorated the event, with over 200 guests including past and present employees, family members, customers and representatives of the management attending.
St Vincent de Paul recognised the need for a place where people with disabilities and special needs could work in a safe and secure environment. They are to be commended as the organization, do a wonderful job. Starting with ten workers in May 1976 they now have a total workforce of 90 people both in full and part-time positions. They manufacture a range of timber products and offer packaging and assembly services.
